The Simrad NSS evo2's have carried this on adding widescreen views which deliver immediate access to every function in the quickest and easiest manner possible. Panning charts, marking Waypoints and building routes can be done on both systems with a simple touch on the screen, while ultra-fast zooming is performed with the super-smooth rotary controller.
