Shipping & Delivery
Goods may be collected from our store in Fairfield or sent by a variety of means as appropriate to their size or nature. Hazardous goods such as flares, rockets and some solvents can not be posted or air-freighted.

While our carriers makes every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery time frame, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.

    Free Shipping Conditions

    Freight is free (within mainland Australia & Tasmania) for orders over $500 (excluding freight) unless indicated otherwise in the item's listing.

    • Some interstate, country and remote areas may incur a freight surcharge. Where products are ineligible for the freight free offer, specific freight costs will be added to the order.. The item may be too big or bulky, too heavy or of a hazardous nature and may be prohibited for shipment using a particular method. Freight rates outlined above are valid for mainland Australia & Tasmania deliveries only. Freight on overseas orders will be quoted individually.

    • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars

    • All goods are sent by a variety of methods that provide proof of delivery such as Registered Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Express.

    Please note current error in the shipping section. Toll Priority may appear as a shipping option but is not currently in use. Please select Express Post option instead.

    Privacy & Security
    We do not pass any information about you, our customer, to any other person or organisation. Your account information resides on a secure server, protected by firewalls and is accessible only by our webmaster. We will use this information to contact you after your initial order only if you have ticked the updates box when you set up your account.
    Returns & Replacements
    We do not supply goods on approval and goods cannot be returned without our prior approval. Our goods are supplied with Australian Guarantees. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a "major failure". What constitutes a "major failure" will be determined under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and they can choose to repair or replace. Pack all items carefully including all original accessories and/ or warranty card with your proof of purchase into a secure satchel/ carton. Be sure your package is insured for freight and any other costs are prepaid. We don't accept responsibility for non-returned parcels, so make sure you use a track & trace freight method. Please note that items which have been cut to length or come with an expiry date may not be returned for credit.

    "S18" Sierra part numbers, and/or products that are special order items, are subject to a non return policy which includes, but not limited to, returns due for a change of mind, wrong part ordered etc and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    All products displayed on this website can be ordered via our shopping cart.
    Payment & Pricing
    We accept payment by PayPal (2.6% surcharge, non-refundable), Visa or Mastercard (1% surcharge non-refundable), Amex (1.5% surcharge non-refundable), bank deposit, ZIP ($150 minimum order value, 4% non-refundable) or money order. Cash is acceptable for in-store purchases. All prices are quoted including GST and are subject to confirmation at the time of order acceptance. All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

    Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed 
    when cancelling an order, for products that have been bought specifically for a customers order and is now in stock, and or, is in transit from the supplier for that said order. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable.

    Disclaimer: While we endeavour to keep information and product images at this Site constantly up to date, sometimes a product's details may be updated by the supplier at their discretion and we will not immediately informed. We reserve the right to update or correct information on the Site at any time without notice.

    • In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to refuse shipment of or cancel any Offer to Purchase for the Product. Where we become aware of any error or inaccuracy after acceptance of your Offer to Purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of replacing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order for a refund. Where we cannot get in contact with you by close of the business day on which we become aware of the error, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

    • We also reserve the right to correct these prices in the event that they are displayed incorrectly.

    In Stock means it is our store ready for immediate delivery. On Order with Supplier means item is on order from our supplier and expect to be dispatched to you within 3-14 days from us.
    Time frames for delivery may alter due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, supplier stock levels.
