Fullriver >Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) DC Batteries are a totally sealed (no caps, but vented for overcharge) maintenance free battery.

Fullriver AGMs use more lead, heavier plates with high-density paste (active material) and other proprietary materials that enable them to deliver more reserve power and maintained capacity over many life cycles.

Developed in the early 80's for military use, the elecrolyte is captured within the mat, giving a lower resistance within the battery. Unlike gel batteries, they are fully compatible with automotive chargers.
