Got my new Garmin sounder Volkan was very helpful and polite . What a fantastic shop I just love it.

Good advice and fast service including reply to my email enquires. An easy option to buy the sounder online without a transducer and then add a transducer of choice as a seperate purchase suited me.

The package which was picked up from your warehouse at 3:01pm yesterday (Monday 5th) was delivered to me this morning (Tuesday 6th) at 7:52am – how good is that ! Really chaffed at the customer service. Had an issue with one of the products I ordered online. Shane (who looks after all the online sales) was onto it straightaway, found out where the issue was and offered a solution despite it being a supplier mess-up. Thanks Shane, Thanks CH Smith.

My order arrived faster than expected. All items look good and will be installed tomorrow. I misunderstood my invoice and mistakenly said the item was advertised without GST. Overall I'm very happy with C H Smith and will shop here again.

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback about Volkan Okutgen, I was in your shop last month purchasing some goods, I also had some issues with my sounder on my boat, Volkan was all too happy to help and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues, not to mention he was very polite and made me feel the love. This is positive feedback I wanted to share with you, as I’m sure you know in this day and age its normally complaints instead of compliments.

I was very impressed with how quickly my order was dispatched to me and in the quality of the packaging and the boat bits that I ordered. I’ll definitely shop online with Chsmith marine again, top marks folks great job, 1000% confidence in your service

Please read to the end. Bought a Matrix 8 MEGA with Navionics+. Imagine my disappointment when the SD Navionics card wouldn't fit the slot. Luckily Shane answered my call and was quickly able to set me straight. Turns out there is a micro card within the SD. The upside was that i read the whole 298 page support manual. I should be an authority now. Great service once again and great product support.

I received my Pacific Ariels 2.5 VHF & Matching AM/FM + Stainless fold down bases today ! Wow ! What Absolute Beautiful Quality ! I Always try to buy Quality for Price , However ! These are Way Past My Expectations ! So Happy I waited for the BLACK ! Also , that I was going to source originally from NZ As I could not get in Australia , to match my Boats Black Hardtop ! . Simrad RS20S Also looks to be of Excellent quality ! Quite a bit more cost than the GME’s etc of the World BUT Again Quality in the Simrad ! & Worth the Extra $ Like my NSS 12 . I may need a lead for connection to my Nmea 2000 to my Simrad NSS Evo 12 / to RS@20S And will let you know I need to check what leads I have with my Ts . I will also require some new Saftey gear , Epirbs etc and other gear , I will let you know what I require . Thank you again for the Excellent Fast Service ! Pity I did not buy from you earlier ! I have been buying gear over last 14 months for the Full Refit ! Rewire , Respray , new stainless ,new Marine Fab Glass , winches , pretty much New -Everything ! I have done + new Twin 4 strokes to upgrade my twin Vmax 200HPDI 2 strokes . But overall worth it with the end result , A Very Tough , Offshore , Long range , Fibreglass Cruiser , @ ¼ the cost of a new one , that would not be as well made ! or as strong ! or as well fitted out ! Mostly Good service & quality ,from others online but often slow ! to supply from most , with the Exception from the “ Arnolds “ BS ! who sent me some absolute rubbish ! poorly packed and slow as to supply ! then threatened me ! with violence ! .............lol when I complained ! Pretty Limited here in Port Lincoln SA .with only 1x Boat Supplies so have had too buy a lot online !
