Lewmar D1 & D2 Rope Clutches with Lewmar's unique Rope clutch technology with a variable geometry handle and domino grip pattern. This new system reduces Rope fray and has been independently tested time and again and has won awards for its innovative framework.

The primary difference between the Lewmar D1 & D2 is in the model's Min Holding Load, overall size and weight, with D2's having a higher rating for equivalent Rope sizes while being larger overall and weighing more.
