Tacktick - CH Smith Marine
TackTick was founded in the UK in 1996 to develop, manufacture and supply solar powered wireless sensors, instruments and displays for the marine industry. In 2009 TackTick was acquired by the Finland-based company Suunto to enhance its pipeline of sports precision instruments.
Today, as of July 2011, the stable of TackTick marine instruments are part of the Raymarine offerings.
TackTick's Micronet technology, their Queens Award winning innovation, was the world's first wireless networking electronics system and is the cornerstone of the TackTick instrument range.
CH Smith are Authorised Retailers of an extensive range of TackTick gauges, displays, wind, speed and depth measuring systems, transducers, triducers and transmitters for the yachting and powerboat enthusiasts.
