Charlie Micallef is a pro fisherman with extensive knowledge of the fishing industry.
He also operates Savage Seas Adventures, a popular charter and guide service which allows customers to experience their very own Savage Seas Adventure Aboard a customised Jeanneau 795 Sportfisher.
Con Panayides is a professional fishmonger, seafood retailer and Fish Cutter who also runs his own Fish and chip shop.
Pete Hilcke is a renowned chef and TV presenter of programs including The Sustainable Seafood Chef and Food To Eat on Footprint TV (USA). Pete's passion for the ocean and seafood began during his time in the Royal Navy. He now shares his respect for quality produce and the best ways to clean, prepare and cook some of the ocean's offerings with others.
