I'd just like to let you know how impressed I am after my recent dealings with CH Smith Marine. I called through to make an order earlier this week - about lunch time or just after. I spoke to Andrew and he took my order. The next day I was happily surprised to get a call from my daughter at 10:30 am - to say that my parcel from CH Smith had arrived...we live in the ACT. That's what I call prompt delivery! Great work and thanks

A note of thanks for the excellent level of service provided to me by CHSmith staff re the problem I experienced with my marine radio. My radio has just been returned to me and I have yet to test its operation. Regardless of whether the reported fault has been rectified or not, I would like to compliment you and the members of your staff on the quality of the service I have recieved. It has been a long time since the writer has dealt with a retailer who has provided this level of service and it is appreciated. I am now sorted out. When I opened a/c I could not figure out how to actually place the order so I rang your sales dept. and spoke to Andrew who was extremely helpful and assisted me in placing the order over the phone using my credit card. The service given by this young man was excellent and the goods arrived the next business day. As a matter of interest, the item ordered was a map for a Lowrance LCX-15mt GPS/Sounder. I had been advised by a well known fishing supplier elsewhere that this map was N.L.A.and would not get one anywhere. Fortunately a friend told me about your company and the service you offer. You will certainly hear from me again. Thank you once again for your excellent service.
