Hi CH Smith Marine, I am yet to recieve my first shipment from you but I can say up to this point your website was great and your prices are very competitive. In a world where people are still not quite comfortable with the online purchasing process your service has provided good piece of mind with good communication during the shopping experience. However i did find the payment side a bit clunky was it with CBA? I know it is a hand-off from your web page to a CBA payment gateway so you have no control of it so I do understand this is out of your control. Good job, will definately come back. John

Many thanks to CH Smith Marine. Required a new transducer for my Norhtstar M84. You guys were terrific. I believed that I required a P66 airmar. After a lengthy discussion with Geoff he informed me I required a P58 which arrived 2 days later. Installation was quick and easy, couldn't believe the results! The old Northstar still goes like new. Again many thanks. Chris.

Just like to let you know how much I appreciated the help given to me by Geoff when I was trying to make my old plotter talk to a new Raymarine Autopilot. He took the interfacing device home to make sure it had the latest software installed and I received it the following day and then when I was floundering a little, his help over the phone was invaluable. Great prices, great service, I will definitely be back.

I just received my Silver map card. I'm totally amazed by the service.... Ordered on Monday, online. Got a phone call from your staff (Luke) on the same day, letting me know you couldn't guarantee delivery by Xmas, and offering alternatives. Received the email below, yesterday, saying that my order was on its way, and received it this morning ! Again ....totally amazed. Thank you !

Once again C.H. Smith Marine has come to the fore and delivered my InSight Genesis card in a timely manner, as they did with the Navionics Gold card I purchased last year. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, helping me made the correct informed decision on which card would suit my purposes and how best to utilise it. Great job guys. I found C. H. Smith Marine some years ago on the web, when looking for a replacement speed /depth log. The service and delivery to WA was great and the price very competitive. Since then my first port of call is C.H. Smith Marine for all my needs. Most recently two more instruments for my racing yacht. Very professional and knowledgeable staff on the telephone.
