Lowrance Spotlight Scan was designed for casting anglers that use Bow mounted cable steer Trolling motors. SpolightScan provides angular controlled scanning to allow the user to see ahead and around the boat to give the user a view of areas of interest without disturbing the fish with motor noise.

Easy to install as you are able to just attach it to your existing bow mounted cable-steer Foot-control Trolling motor (not electric steer) by a Stainless Steel hose clamp, without any drilling.

Controlling the direction of the spotlight is done via a small NMEA2000 device connected to any MotorGuide or Minn Kota cable steer Foot control pedal. Compatible with MotorGuideTour/Pro/X3 Foot Pedal, Minn Kota Maxxum, Fortrex Electric Motors Note: Not compatible with Minn Kota Riptide RT55 series.

Connecting directly to your existing Sonar and StructureScan connectors of a Lowrance Gen2 Touch display or via SonarHub to Lowrance Gen2 non-touch models, Spotlight Scan enables you to concentrate on a point of interest without waiting for a full 360° scan. You are also not losing any other scanning ability with DownScan Imaging still providing picture-like images of Fish and structure beneath your Boat as well as >Broadband Sounder technology. The best results are achieved by rotating the Trolling motor at a slow, constant speed to gain the highest quality images.

Spotlight Scan also comes with a Trolling motor position sensor that ensure StructureScan returns match up correctly with the orientation of your Trolling motor.
