Lowrance has expanded upon the Hook series to include more high-performance features than ever before.

The Hook series was first released in 2016, with Hook2 following in 2018. Now there's Hook Reveal – which has been unveiled with FishReveal and a Range of new features.

But what are some of these features that set Hook Reveal apart from the others?

What is FishReveal?

Previously FishReveal had only been available for HDS Carbon, HDS Gen3 and Elite Ti & Ti2 models, or Simrad NSS Evo2, Evo3 and GO series. Now it's part of Hook Reveal as well!

FishReveal combines the Target Separation of CHIRP Sonar with high Resolution views of bottom detail, structure and baitfish – displaying Sonar and DownScan all on the one screen.

It does this by boosting the solid Sonar returns and tuning out weaker ones to give a much clearer, detailed view of what Fish are up to, with large, clear Fish arches and full DownScan detail.

The Fish will have nowhere to hide! – where previously they'd be lost in the structure of traditional Sonar.

Mapping Options

Our Hook Reveal combos also include CMAP or Genesis Live mapping options.

While the Hook2's had the option of having a CMAP card included, Genesis Live is a new addition to the Range.

Genesis Live is slightly different to CMAP in that it allows you to create custom high-detail contour maps, then overlay these on your existing CMAP display.

Transducer Options

Choose from 50/200Khz HDI, SplitShot or TripleShot Transducer options.

SplitShot and 50/200 >HDI give you improved performance in deep water up to 300m, with high Resolution DownScan for crystal clear, detailed views of structure, baitfish or bottom detail.

TripleShot 3-in-1 Sonar combines wide-angle CHIRP, SideScan and DownScan all together so you'll have a complete view of what's around your Boat.

Existing features

All the things you loved about the Hook2 series are still here – with fully automated CHIRP Sonar, high-res SolarMAX display allowing you to see Fish and structure easily, and >Trackback Sonar.

All this just makes the Hook series even better if you're just starting out and looking for an affordable Fishfinder, but with all the high-performance features you need to get going.

It's ready to use straight out of the box, easy to use and set up. Hook Reveal's Sonar is fully automated, meaning there's no fine-tuning needed, you can just get on with the fishing.

Hook Reveal is available in 5”, 7” or 9” models.
